The Sales Trainer is responsible for providing training support and execution for the Pandora retailers and field teams.  The Sales Trainer will provide skills development necessary to achieve company objectives and goals.

Essential Functions:

The Sales Trainer serves as a subject matter expert for sales training and ensures that all sales professionals (field teams and retailers) have a thorough knowledge of the product, retail operations, company culture, leadership development, sales processes, and selling techniques. The Sales Trainer assists in identifying training gaps, and facilitates trainings for Pandora field sales team, store leadership and sales associates primarily through train-the-trainer type settings but may also include in-store facilitation. Training facilitation will include, but is not limited to, webinars, virtual training, blended learning, and instructor led trainings, including small groups and large-scale conferences.

⦁ Create and execute plans to deliver strategic learning initiatives for Pandora field teams, retailers and store personnel that align with business needs increasing performance and retention

⦁ Analyses Key Performance Indicators (sales, conversion, etc.) for trends and opportunities, and coaches field teams and store staff as appropriate

⦁ Deliver and facilitate learning including, instructor led, blended, webinars, and virtual training

⦁ Facilitates a comprehensive training program for product knowledge, sales processes, consumer experience, retail business acumen, and store management development

⦁ Partner with RSMs, TMs, DMs, and Store Leadership teams to align strategies, leverage best practices, and procure resources

⦁ Manage customization and implementation of learning solutions specific to the audience needs

⦁ Monitors progress in achieving company initiatives, priorities and objectives, identifies and communicates sales training opportunities during travel with the supported teams

⦁ Builds partnerships with key stakeholders, communicates training vision and objectives to foster continued growth and development of the teams supported by training

⦁ Fosters teamwork within the training team, learning and development, and corporate environment

⦁ Acts as an ambassador of the Pandora Brand

Educational Background: BA

Experience: 3-5 years in training and development experience in a retail sales and/or corporate environment.

Computer Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint. Experience working with LMS software, Adobe Connect or similar web conferencing platform
