Job description and areas of responsibility:
During 2020, we will build a diverse, world-class digital team based in our Copenhagen headquarter. For Digital Operations we are looking for a D2C eCommerce Logistics Specialist. Maybe that’s you? 
Digital Operations is responsible for ensuring the effective operation of our digital platforms and operational processes, as well as managing change, so that we may better serve our customers.  

As D2C eCommerce Logistics Specialist your main responsibility is to define, develop and deploy efficient and effective processes for fulfilment and return of customer orders. You will work with both external key stakeholders and in-house operational teams to provide delivery services to our customers that are reliable, convenient and cost effective.  

As part of this, you will:  

  • Provide Direct to Consumer and eCommerce fulfilment subject matter expertise to the organisation 
  • Be the subject matter expert on operational usage and configuration of OMS 
  • Manage and define the standards, KPI’s and processes that local fulfilment partners should be working to as well as working with regional Ops teams to ensure their 3. Party Logistics are operating effectively and efficiently 
  • Monitor and respond to SLA’s across Fulfilment 
  • Ensure all parts of the operation are aligned behind the most accurate volume plan

In your daily work, you will report directly to the Customer Promise Manager of Digital Operations and you will cross-collaborate with different key stakeholders, such as merchandising, supply chain and markets as well as 3PL’s, couriers and Customer Contact teams.  

 
What is needed to succeed:  
To succeed as D2C eCommerce Logistics Specialist, we imagine that you have and can demonstrate:  

  • Minimum 4 years of experience working in eCommerce fulfilment and D2C Operations 
  • Lean and/or Six Sigma qualifications preferred 
  • Experience working with 3. Party Logistics  
  • Strong knowledge of the carrier market and online market and customer expectations 
  • Sterling Commerce OMS experience is considered an advantage
  • Fluent English – other European languages are considered a bonus

This role is based in the Pandora Global Office in Copenhagen, Denmark. Candidates should be willing to travel approximately 25-30 days a year.
