Onsite Optimisation Specialist, Digital Operations

Job description and areas of responsibility:
As Onsite Optimisation Specialist, you will become the global super user of best-in-class eCommerce testing and feedback tools. You will manage and deliver continual onsite optimisation through testing applications, personalisation tools, customer segments and content usage analysis.
As Specialist, you will provide first line support and training to regions and markets for all digital testing and optimisation tools. In addition, you will champion the use of our customer feedback tools with markets and regions to root out customer issues that require attention.
Furthermore, you will:
- Support markets in their use of our onsite optimisation tools
- Facilitate the sharing of results between regions/markets/relevant business areas
- Work closely with the digital product teams and vendors regarding any new onsite changes
- Manage onsite targeting and content personalisation

What is needed to succeed:
We envision that you bring with you a university education in a relevant field. English is our corporate language, and if you know any other European languages, that would be a great advantage!
Our expectation is that you have:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience working within eCommerce optimisation and personalisation
- Worked within a global matrix organisation
Something about you:
You might be the person we are looking for if you are analytical and can think outside of the box to solve problems. You are confident in communicating with various specialists both within Marketing and Sales areas, as well as technical business areas. Additionally, you are structured and analytical in your work, with a strong eye for detail and a team-oriented mindset.

This role is based in the Pandora Global Office in Copenhagen, Denmark. Candidates should be willing to travel approximately 25-30 days a year.
