Job description and areas of responsibility:
During 2020, we will build a new Global Digital Hub of thinkers, makers and doers. The Hub will be responsible for designing, delivering and operating digital products and experiences for our global business, in order to deliver genuinely connected experiences to the customers.

As a part of this, we are looking for a Product Manager for Deliver on Promise. In this role, you will be part of the product group that covers everything that enable customers to easily receive, collect, return and get help as well as other innovative omni-channel services.

As Product Manager, you will holistically manage the product management process from strategy creation, product planning and build, to launch and optimisation. This requires coordination with stakeholders, UX and technology to align and agree. Apart from that, you will also work with other Product Managers to collaborate on cross-product team dependencies.

Furthermore, your key responsibilities will be to:

  • Act as ‘the voice of the customer’ and translate their needs into a product roadmap and backlog (including stakeholder requirements, customer problems, new features, optimising
    existing features, technical debt etc.)
  • Be responsible for the OMS system and for all 20+ Pandora international websites
  • Identify and apply insight from customer research, data analytics, market and competitor analysis, industry / product / technology trends etc.
  • Own the business readiness for your features liaising with all parties involved to clearly communicate what will be released and when 
  • Go beyond the core analytics packages to report on effectiveness (such as: customer services, financials, site speed, L&F) and communicate analysis to stakeholders as well as create action plans if needed

In your daily work you will report to the Director of Digital Product – Deliver on Promise.

 

What is needed to succeed:
We imagine that you have experience from managing successful delivery in an Agile software environment to deliver customer-led outcomes.

Further, we imagine that you have and can demonstrate:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in product management – demonstrating successful development and delivery of product strategies, roadmaps through to product launch and optimisation
  • Excellent technical capability and competitive analysis skills
  • A good understanding of all UX design and research methods
  • Understanding of the full technology stack and how your product interacts with all areas of the business

 

Something about you:

We also imagine that you have experience in dealing with different business stakeholders daily. Your excellent communication skills make it easy for you to navigate in a role where you both need relatability to non-technical business users and technical resources.

This role is based in the Pandora Global Office in Copenhagen, Denmark. Candidates should be willing to travel maximum 20 days a year.
