SFCC Specialist, Digital Operations

Job description and areas of responsibility:
Pandora is on an exciting journey, and during 2020 we will build a world-class digital team to ensure digital is at the heart of our business. We are building a diverse team of thinkers, makers and doers in our new Global Digital Hub. In our Digital Operations team, we are looking for a talented SFCC Specialist to be a subject matter expert in Salesforce Commerce Cloud Business Manager.
You will be the first point of contact for the Pandora eCommerce teams across all global regions to provide Business Manager support and will provide training and create relevant documentation to be shared with local teams. Further to this, you will work closely with global product development teams to ensure that the platform is fully exploited to deliver exceptional results to our customers at all times.
Furthermore, you will:
- Collaborate with global product development teams to ensure that new features are activated quickly and in line with best practice
- Manage storefront category creation and assignment, ensuring timely creation of all storefront catalogues
- Manage attribute creation and assignment along with replications
- Ensure Quality Assurance of all local configurations and promotions
- Report and track all relevant KPIs, such as Search & Recommendations as well as trainings delivered and their outcomes
Your new team:
Our Global Digital Hub will be responsible for designing, delivering and operating digital products and experiences for Pandora’s global business, both online and in-store, to deliver a genuinely connected experience. Digital Operations will specifically be responsible for ensuring the effective operation of Pandora’s digital platforms and operational processes, as well as managing change, so that we may better serve our customers.
What is needed to succeed:
We hope to see that you have and can demonstrate:
- Minimum 2 years' experience working with Salesforce Commerce Cloud Business Manager
- Minimum 1 year of experience with creating and delivering training documentation
- A strong toolbox obtained through similar roles in other global matrix organisations
- Fluent English – and if you speak other European languages, it is considered a bonus
