Our Business Intelligence, Data, Analytics & Insight function is key to achieve this vision. PANDORA’s global BI team is covering the complete supply chain from manufacturing to end consumers which means that you will have the opportunity to work with and deliver value to very different types of BI customers as our new BI Front-end Engineer.

You will be responsible for designing and delivering enterprise level BI front-end and visualization solutions as part of the journey towards a data driven PANDORA culture. You will build and own the new BI community portal as a one stop shop. In addition, you will strengthen the BI team with best in class visualization and storytelling. Your daily tasks will include:

  • Deliver solutions to requirements in close collaboration with BI business consultants and back-end engineers
  • Manage the BI community portal
  • Deliver self-service solutions for end-users to access golden records
  • Ensure easy user navigation is at the heart of all deliverables
  • Train users
  • Ensure highest possible performance and quality of user facing solutions from BI

You can expect traveling to our other great locations up to 10 days a year to support our global organisation.

Team player with strong analytical skills
Others would say that you are a real team player and have superb stakeholder management skills. They would as well say that you are a champion in best practice data visualization. You are structured and analytical, always aiming to achieve results.

You most likely have a relevant education within Data engineering, BI, Analytics, Retail or Marketing. We also imagine that you have: 

  • Minimum 5 years of solid experience working within BI and especially front-end solutions
  • Experience from global organization
  • Experience with PowerBI, T-SQL,  SSAS, QV, SAFe, ITIL and preferably experience with Qlikview, QlikSense or Tableau
  • Preferably experience from retail industry

Your new team
You will be an essential part of the Global BI team and Pandora’s extended BI community. You will work closely with the BI Applications team to ensure that data is converted efficiently to business insights and that our reporting & analytics products and self-service portal supports our company and maximises value to end-users.
