Maintain and further develop our mobility policy
In this role, you will be the designated partner for Performance & Reward, HR and Business Leaders in our Europe and Asia business clusters and you will provide P&R support to these areas. Also, you will develop an appropriately flexible benefits policy for Pandora, in partnership with your Talent and Talent Acquisition colleagues to drive our proposition to employees.

Your key accountabilities will be to:

  • Provide leadership to the global mobility administrator (including provider management) and provide process leadership to improve the experience of our expat population
  • Develop a global benefits framework to guide the local benefits offering developed in each location where Pandora operates
  • Guide the P&R teams in our Europe and Asia clusters on Performance & Reward matters, Systems and Processes, to support the development of a professional reward function
  • Guide the P&R teams in our Europe and Asia clusters through annual Performance & Reward Reviews
  • Develop a global benefits framework to guide the local benefits offering developed in each location where Pandora operates

You have the ability to work with partners at all organisational levels and to influence in increasingly complex situations and develop effective working relationships that positively impact business performance. Furthermore, your mindset is goal oriented with the ability to work under pressure and with tight deadlines.

Adding to that, we envision that you have and can demonstrate:

  • Minimum 3 years with exposure to international performance and reward landscape
  • Experience from another in-house global reward team
  • Success Factors experience
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Some experience with specialist topics including Global Benefits and Global Mobility frameworks and guiding country HR teams on delivery is considered a plus
