PANDORA ITALIA IS LOOKING FOR HIS/HER DIVISIONAL SALES MANAGER FOLLOWER MARKETS AND DISTRIBUTOR!

To drive revenue, profit and commercial growth at the market.     


KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

· Ensure that the Pandora brand name is optimally represented, with high brand    standards
· Ensure the correct business development in terms of country and partner selection
· Ensure proper Pandora brand positioning, through intense support of local sales force, retail tools, merchandisers, appropriate marketing actions
· Ensure implementation of Pandora strategy at all levels
· Ensure allignement on the Trading line up calendar, accordingly with the local commercial and legal requirements.
· Ensure strong commitment in achieving targets and having profitable stores.
· Support the budget and forecast process at country and store level.
· Ensure local execution, while supporting, training and sharing best practices with local partner force
· Act as a feedback loop to Pandora
· Act as Brand Ambassador and support implementation and understanding of Pandora’s core values
· Work closely with local partner force and implement a structured visitation & action  plan.
· Monitor store performance and relevant kpis
· Define and accurate plan of store openings, closings as well as refits
· Be responsible of sell in champaigns, redemption and support sell in replenishment
· Take care of payments and support credit collection
· With legal department, ensure agreements are in place.
· With Sales Director, define trading conditions, ensuring the highest possible margin to Pandora
· Support country manager alignment, sharing informations and best practices 

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS and TECHNICAL SKILLS

·
Minimum 5-year experience within the field of branded jewelry, fashion or accessories
· University degree in marketing, business, and/or equivalent professional experience
· Proficient in Microsoft Office
· Excellent english and italian knowledge
· Available to travel also out of the Cluster
· Desire to meet organizational goals, by identifying, focusing and analyzing local business opportunities
· Ability to read, analyze and interpret business reports, local procedures and government regulations
· Capacity to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables
