Reporting to the Retail & Trade Marketing Manager Southern Europe, the VM Specialist is responsible for the product displaying in the stores and in all other touch points of the company, as well as of all the VM contents to be cascaded to the relevant stakeholders within the organization.




  • In collaboration with the Trade Marketing Planner, responsible for selecting the global campaign POSM to be ordered for the market for every campaign.

  • Together with the Retail & Trade Marketing Manager SE and the Head of Merchandising, participates in the definition of the product focuses for every campaign.

  • For every campaign and with the support of the VM Assistant, responsible for the definition of the local VM guidelines, including product set-up preparation and shooting (coordinating the external supplier involved) and the definition of the guidelines document in collaboration with the Graphic Designer.

  • Responsible for the process of “campaign implementation check and feedback” by guiding the VM Assistant through the definition of the check point list and the feedback restitution.

  • Responsible for cascading VM specific contents (general ways of VM) to the relevant stakeholders within the organization (sales dept, DSM & RSM, store managers).

  • Responsible for the know-how and cascading of all the new global VM concepts to be tested in the market. Responsible for driving the tests, always aligning with sales dept.

  • Responsible for sharing VM related contents in the weekly sales newsletter.

  • Responsible for aligning with the VM Assistant on the feedback to be given to the requests coming from the field (RSM, SM) and from the customer service on VM related topics.



  • Collaborate with sales dept (training team) in order to create the VM contents for the VM training modules, to be delivered either through direct involvement in induction programs (Store Managers, PANDORA Visual Specialists) or through CMS systems / POD when required.

  • Be the sales dept point of contact to identify specific VM training needs and contribute to design annual modules/activities/training programs.



  • Within the Marketing team, support the PR specialist in all product related activities (press-days, influencer events, etc…)

  • Be the point of contact of all other departments for product related initiatives (product set-up for store manager meetings, conferences, etc…)



  • Liaise with the EMEA region point of contact on all VM related topics to gather missing information and/or provide feedback on specific topics

  • Be the point of contact of the VM Specialist of the markets of the SE cluster on all VM related topics and provide guidance on campaign implementations and on general ways of VM.



  • Responsible for the registration of all costs related to VM activities and the budget monitoring.



  • Good knowledge of Visual Merchandising practices

  • Demonstrable project management skills

  • Excellent MS Office knowledge (with focus on Excel and Power Point)

  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail

  • Good organizational and planning skills, ability to deal with situations where multitasking is frequently required

  • University Degree

  • Fluent in English

  • At least 4/5 years of relevant work experience in a similar position within a multinational Retail company.
