CORPORATE KNIGHTS: RATIONALE FOR PANDORA'S RANKING Corporate Knights summarises Pandora's ranking as follows:
"Copenhagen-based jewellery maker Pandora took second place, reflecting its decision to go all‑in on manufacturing using 100% recycled silver and gold, as well as lab‑grown diamonds produced with renewable energy. Pandora scored 100% - a percentile rank reflecting performance relative to its sectoral peers - on each of the three equally weighted metrics: proportion of total revenues classified as sustainable, proportion of total investments classified as sustainable, and 'sustainable revenue momentum' (defined as the annualised growth in sustainable revenue from 2022 to 2024). Pandora also secured an additional bonus score based on a 'sustainability pay link', meaning a connection between CEO compensation and the achievement of sustainability targets. Finally, Pandora incurred no deductions for fines, sanctions, or fatalities."
